The Research Project IWRM-Vietnam develops methods for Integrated Water Resources Management (IWRM) in Vietnam.
It is carried out by a network of German and Vietnamese partners, including universities, research institutes, public authorities and companies.
Research activities of INRES in the Mekong Delta focus mainly on three major objectives:
- Optimized surface water monitoring
- Reduction of nutrient inflow into surface water
- Greenhouse Gas Emissions
